1. What is it?

  • Google Calendar is a Google "app" that helps you keep your business on schedule. 

2. How to use it?

  • To use Google Calendar, you must first create a Google account.  
  • After you have created a calendar, click on create event.
  • You can arrange the time, date and where the event is going to be. 

3. How to customize it?

  • It's very easy to customize Google Calendar. 
  • You click on the setting button on the top right and choose one of the many options you have to customize your calendar. 

4. What are some cool things it can do?

  • You can attach Google Documents: This feature will help you see when you need to have something prepared for your event. 
  • Dim future repeating events: When you have an event more than one, it dims so you can see it, but it doesn't distract you from the important ones.
  • Year view: You can see your calendar not only in weeks and months, but also in years.
  • Add gadgets by URL: You can add gadgets to any event to see what it's about without having to click on it. 
  • Calendars can be shared: If you want to share and event with a friend you can.
  • No internet access: You can view your calendar even if you don't have internet access.
  • Mobile Phone: You can view your calendar even on your phone. 
  • SMS: Google Calendar lets you create events via SMS. 
  • To do list: You can add a To do list on your calendar. 
  • Notifications: Receiving notifications when you have an upcoming event.
  • Maps: You can add maps in you calendar events.
